At 50s, aging is a real thing for uncle. This manifested daily as running out of energy as the day goes on, taking longer time to recover from sprains, muscle aches, cough, etc. Your body is struggling to keep up with life. Hence we must be intentional in how we live our life. This includes choice of diet, discipline in exercising, resting well, getting enough sleep, limiting mindless scrolling on phone, and so on. Health is the number focus at this point in our life, even if you are still struggling financially. If you are already barely making ends meet, failure to take care of your health will just create a disproportionately large impact on your financial situation. Staying healthy doesn't have to cost much.
